AgeRewind began with one stubborn idea: that the red light therapy people pay for in clinics should fit into an ordinary evening at home, without the appointments or the price tag.
Where it started
It started at a kitchen table, with a lot of questions.
We kept hearing the same thing from friends, mothers and colleagues: the treatments that actually seemed to work were booked out, expensive, and impossible to keep up with alongside real life.
So we started reading. Study after study on red and near-infrared light, conversations with people who used it every day, and a long list of devices that were either too weak to matter or too complicated to use twice.
